Synchronization between folders mentioned in fileinto rules and actual folders that exist in IMAP tree

Description
There needs to be some more "communication" between:
- Folders mentioned in fileinto actions
- Folders that exist in IMAP tree
This way, the user can be more aware of the situation between these two.
Current status
Partially implemented: a warning message is being displayed when there is an inconsistency: a folder mentioned in a fileinto action does not exist.
This needs to be made more user-friendly, though.
